What is Mindfulness and How it Helps
Mindfulness ka simple matlab hai — "Yahan aur Abhi" (Present Moment) mein rehna. Humara dimag ya toh beete hue kal (Past) mein rehta hai ya aane wale kal (Future) ki chinta mein. Present moment mein hum bahut kam hote hain.
Mindfulness Kaise Practice Karein?
1. Mindful Breathing
Sirf apni saans pe dhyan dein. Bina judge kiye dekhein ki hawa kaise andar aa rahi hai aur kaise bahar ja rahi hai.
2. 5-Segment Observation
Apne aas-paas 5 aisi cheezein dekhein jinhe aapne pehle notice nahi kiya tha. Deewar ka color, pedon ki sarsarahat, ya clock ki awaaz.
3. Mindful Listening
Jab koi aapse baat kare, toh sirf suniye. Beech mein reply sochne ki jagah unke words aur tone pe dhyan dein.
